How do I find my size?
Our sizes are based on hip measurement: S fits 87–95 cm, M fits 96–103 cm, and L fits 104–112 cm. Between two sizes? We recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
And if it still isn't right, don't worry — every order is covered by our Size Guarantee: we send you the correct size for free, no return needed.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Parcels are shipped from Switzerland and prepared within 1 to 2 business days; you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein only. We've paused international shipping to avoid unexpected customs fees landing on your doorstep — we hope to reopen it in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is secure and accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I return an item if the size isn't right?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been worn — this applies to all our lingerie, and it's there to protect every customer who shops with us (see our Refund Policy).

How do I care for my pieces, and does the medallion hold up in the wash?
Our pieces are made from soft polyester mesh with a 100% cotton gusset lining. To keep them at their best: machine wash at 30°C max, don't bleach, don't tumble dry, don't dry clean, and iron on low heat away from the medallion.
The medallion itself is designed to resist washing without fading.
