Our Size Guarantee

Choosing the right size in lingerie online isn't always easy, and we don't think that uncertainty should stop you from ordering. That's why every piece from PF Lingerie comes with our Size Guarantee: if it doesn't fit, we send you the right size for free.

How it works

If the size you ordered isn't the right one, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll ship you the correct size at no cost. You don't need to send anything back first, and your first replacement piece is entirely free.

Available for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Why we don't ask you to return the item first

For hygiene reasons, intimate garments that have been worn can't be resold, which is why we don't accept returns or exchanges on lingerie once it's been worn (see our Return Policy). Rather than leave you without a solution, we chose to guarantee your size instead: we simply send you the correct piece, free of charge, no return needed. It's our way of taking the risk out of buying lingerie online.
